This Course is the ‘quickie’ version of what I teach in my 21-Day Law of Attraction Course and is designed to give you a firm foundation from which to launch into other Courses. It can also be taken as a refresher Course (should you have been away for a while) as it is designed to get you back into the rhythm of positivity, meditation, and journaling as well as a review of the fundamentals.

The 7-Day Foundational Course is a great introduction to my methods as well as getting you into the mindset and habit of a consistent daily practice of mindfulness, meditation, and journaling. It is designed to give you a firm foundation from which to launch into other classes as it’s the ‘quickie’ version of what I teach in my 21-Day Law of Attraction Course.

And remember if you have completed any one of my classes, it means that you are armed and dangerous with a whole lot of information that is just waiting to be dusted off and revisited and this 7-Day Course is perfect for that.
