Not Today Satan, Not Today!
I just love the Facebook Page - ‘Skeletor is Love,’ and today’s stroll there brought me this gem. Now you might be thinking, “Isn’t this kind of Christian or religious?”
Well perhaps, but I’m using Skeletor’s admonishment to Satan as a way for us to keep ourselves in check when we slip, through our words and thoughts, to the dark side.
Allow me to explain, one of our tribe (on my Facebook Group - Abraham-Hicks & You), posted a quote from Abraham where they use the new term they’ve been bandying about, Lies. What they’ve done is swap out the term Limiting Beliefs to the word Lies.
It’s powerful, right? More succinct and more punch. Lies don’t equivocate, either you’re lying or not. Same with good ole’ Satan!!
I’m using Skeletor’s forewarning to Mephistopheles as a fun way of reminding myself that today, I’m going to be truthful with me. I’m going to turn to and choose love whenever possible. I’m not going to perpetuate negative energy in any of its forms. Rather, I’m going to err on the side of The Angels with kindness, compassion, love and most of all fun!
So let’s have fun with this as we take ownership that we all have a bit of Skeletor in us, both the good and the bad. And that we all have choices. And so on this grand day, we will rise above our reactive nature and instead harmonize and align with the realm of hopes, dreams and unlimited possibilities.
