  • After perusing a variety of Life Coach websites, it became clear to me that many people who might want and/or really need help were being priced out of the market. And so, rather than offer an à la Carte menu of options that can become confusing and really expensive (you pay for each service and course offered separately), I decided to wrap it all into one tidy Membership Package just like an all-inclusive vacation!

  • Please know that I have painstakingly designed every part of this website to be of the most benefit to you and that includes the order in which you take the Courses. And so, it is my strong recommendation that you take The 21-Day Law of Attraction Course (LOA Course) before jumping into one of the more specific Courses.

    Not only will it provide you with an introduction to my methods, strategies and techniques and why I include them, but it will offer you a firm foundation from which to move into other Courses, exponentially increasing your opportunity for Success. And that’s why you’re here, is it not?

    If you are a returning student and need a refresher, then the 7-Day Foundational Course is perfect for you to get back on your horse of deliberate creation and mindfullness after having been off for a while. 

  • We meet first thing each morning, shortly after awakening, when you will settle in and play the audio link that corresponds to the day of the Course you have chosen to participate in. This early start sets the tone for an uplifting and positive foundation from which to launch into the day ahead. The audio link will consist of:

    -A 15-minute preamble focusing on the day’s topic, followed by

    -A 15 minute Course specific, guided meditation, and finally 

    -A journaling exercise pertinent to the day’s topic and Course. 

    Please note: Your success is directly tied to the level of your participation, consistency, focus and follow-through. In other words, you get what you give; give a little, improve a little; give a lot, improve in ways that I guarantee will blow your mind.

  • On this platform, there aren’t any rules (refreshing right?) and so you can go back at any time and review areas of interest in a Course you have taken or are taking in order to shore up your understanding of the material. 

  • No problem, that’s exactly why I created The 7-Day Foundational Course. It was designed as a refresher Course to get you back in the game. This means that after you have completed the 7 days, you will have generated enough positive momentum to jump right back in and choose any of the other Courses or Challenges that are calling you.

  • While you are participating in a Course, you will need to set aside 45 minutes to one hour daily, ideally first thing in the morning. 

  • What usually trips those of us up who desire change is the inability to create the structure and commit the time, energy, and follow-through necessary for success. But worry not, as I have taken that job upon myself, so that you might easily and seamlessly slip my Courses into your daily routine. 

    As your Teacher - I will introduce you to the techniques, strategies and positive habits that will release your mind from conventionality and those limiting belief systems (I am only human, this is all there is, I can’t do better, be richer, happier or more successful than I am now, etc.) that are stopping you from identifying, tapping into and releasing the Superpowers that are your Remarkable Mind, Imagination and Power of Focus.

    As your Coach - I will guide, inspire and hold you accountable throughout the process so that you can experience real progress and tangible results.

  • At various times during the year, I will set a Challenge based on a specific Course. Participating in the Challenges gives you an opportunity to take the journey alongside others from across the globe, creating a sense of camaraderie, support and fun. In other words, you will know that you are not alone, which always makes the experience more rewarding. 

    One of the best parts of being involved in a Community of Positive Co-Creators is that you can say goodbye to the loneliness that comes when creating a new way of living (mindfullness, positivity and deliberate creation).

    And you say hello to new friendships with Leading-Edge thinkers just like you, who have decided to take control of the trajectory and quality of their lives and by so doing, are living the life of their dreams.

  • Access to our community is easy and can be done from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Once you have stepped over the threshold, all you need is an open mind sprinkled with a hearty dose of commitment, an internet connection, a notebook & pen and a willingness to open up to introspection and change.

    Oh and a quiet spot in your home dedicated to you and your daily practice. That’s it.

  • When you quiet your mind, if only for a short bit of time, your frequency rises which changes not only how you feel, but also sets you on a higher vibrational perch from which to go forth and attract more clarity, positive experiences, interactions and people.

    I have an expression for this State of High Vibration - She/He with the highest vibe wins!

    Meaning, now you are in a position of vibrational authority when interacting with the world, people and events around you.

    Also, it has been proven that a regular meditation practice activates The Power Center of your brain (pre-frontal cortex) your orchestrator, deep thinker, complex planner, and high level decision maker.

    Studies show that a human who meditates consistently, experiences less anxiety and depression, more processing power, greater health, stronger willpower and a higher I.Q., to name just a few of the advantages.

    So knowing all of this, rather than asking, “Why meditate?” Shouldn’t it be, “Why the heck am I not meditating?”

  • Well first, you’re not alone. As a Student and Teacher of Yoga for over 20 years, I used to find the act of meditating kind of like taking a sleeping pill; a few inhales and exhales and it was lights out. Haha! Not a good look for a Yogi. 

    This prompted me to create meditations that take you on a journey of deep connection without putting you to sleep. And so whether you are a seasoned meditator, brand spanking new, or somewhere in between, I believe you will find that I have managed to strike an effective balance that works for all levels.

  • That’s fine because I’ve got you! Whether you are completely new to the practice of journaling, experienced, or even someone who has struggled in the past, I have designed the journaling practices to accommodate all levels. Which means they are stimulating and rewarding no matter where you fall on the journaling spectrum. 

    And to put your mind even further at ease, I have had many students report that prior to my Courses, they couldn’t even pull off writing one page. But after completing one of my Courses their writing flows and they actually consider themselves writers! Now, how about that for some personal progress? 

  • Another common misconception is that writing for yourself is a waste of time, which couldn’t be further from the truth. Here are some facts about the efficaciousness of Journaling that should disavow you of that misunderstanding.

    Did you know that a regular journaling practice has been found to improve memory, boost your mood, enhance your sense of well-being, reduce anxiety (especially before an important event like an exam, job interview, etc.), improve your communication and problem solving skills, as well as upgrade your overall mindset to one of positivity, especially about yourself.

    Seriously, what’s not to love?

  • Fact: Most of the stress and anxiety that we humans feel and suffer from is directly tied to how we react/respond to the world around us. And, if you are like most people who watch the news or participate negatively on social media, you dip into the full spectrum of lower echelon, negative emotions from helplessness and frustration to rage.

    That resultant negative energy doesn’t create, rather, it keeps you in a state of stagnation, capping your creative energy and positive momentum. It’s energetically tantamount to spitting in the wind.

    Also, if the thought of A News and Negative Social Media Fast feels like something you really don’t want to do, then in my experience that means that it is something that would be good for you to try. After all, it's only 2-3 weeks. 

    And finally, if you want to get the most out of the time that you have committed to and paid for, then 14 - 21 days without the news and negative commentary is the way to do it.

    Here’s a good analogy for those who are hesitant about quitting the news, etc.

    If you ask someone to come in and clean your house and you are a hoarder; your house filled to the brim with clutter, old furniture, stacks of old newspapers, clothing strewn everywhere, dishes overflowing in the sink, etc., how would you expect that person to clean for you?

    It’s the same with your mind, until we clear out the detritus from the daily negative input from assorted sources, you won’t have a pristine field upon which to create, investigate and replace habits and beliefs that no longer serve you. And I don’t know about you, but when I’m watching the news, it does nothing but engender negative reactions.

    And so what we are doing here during our time together is upgrading your daily input so that you can move from being a reactionary to being a Creator! Feel the difference?

  • All you need to do is simply cancel your membership. No harm, no foul. And of course, if you change your mind, you will always be welcomed back into The Community.

  • Upon cancellation of your membership, you will continue to have access to the entirety of the site until your last month runs out. After which, you will not be charged any additional monthly fees.
